TAMPA, Fla. - Gregory M. McCoskey, President of Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker, P.A. and a shareholder in the Banking & Insolvency Group, participated in a panel discussion on "ABC's, Receiverships and Other Insolvency Alternatives" at the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association's monthly luncheon on April 13, 2010.

The speakers focused on alternatives to bankruptcy for troubled businesses from both a debtor and creditor perspective, and the presentation addressed the timing and procedural aspects of various bankruptcy alternatives to consider when counseling clients.  The other panelists were Michael D. Luetgert of Michael Moecker & Associates, Inc. and Harley E. Riedel of Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. 

Greg concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors' rights controversies, as well as estate, trust, and guardianship litigation and appeals.  He is a certified public accountant, licensed in Georgia.  Greg is AV Peer Review Rated in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Florida Super Lawyers.  He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia.
