TAMPA, Fla. - Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker, P.A. is pleased to announce that Eden R. Banks, Matthew D. Pipes, and Daniel L. Schaps have joined the firm as associates.

 

Eden Banks joined the firm's banking and insolvency practice group.  She graduated magma cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006, where she was an Article Selection Committee Member and Editor for the Harvard Women's Law Journal.

 

Matthew Pipes joined the corporate finance practice group.  Previously, Matt practiced corporate and securities law in North Carolina and Texas. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from University of Florida and a J.D. in 1999 from Duke University School of Law, where he was also the Staff Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Forum.

 

Daniel Schaps joined the commercial litigation practice group.  He holds an undergraduate degree from University of Miami and received a J.D. from University of Florida College of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review and won a Book Award for White Collar Crime.
