REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY - Experienced real estate attorney with minimum of three years experience in Florida preferably with commercial background.

CORPORATE LAW ASSOCIATE - Associate with experience in the corporate and securities areas. Prefer three years experience, must have a superior academic record, and exceptional organizational and written skills.
