Rachel joined the firm in 2011 and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation. She also has experience in corporate finance law through her research assistantships, externships, summer associate programs, and as a legal assistant in Georgia and South Carolina.   A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Rachel was an Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review.
