He has been involved in a wide variety of complex business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, business torts, trade regulation, and securities laws. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Eastern District of Michigan, and formerly practiced law in Michigan.
