Practice Profile
Don has more than 30 years of experience in private practice, concentrating in real estate and business transactions. He has represented lenders and owners in the sale, purchase, financing and development of hotels, homes, office buildings, shopping centers, and condominium projects. In recent years, his practice has particularly involved construction, acquisition, and development loans for the home building industry, and sales, purchases, and leasing of commercial rental property. He also served as a Naval Flight Officer on active duty with the United States Navy.
