Brian's practice focuses primarily on construction litigation, including OSHA matters, bid protests, lien disputes, and construction document review and drafting. He served as an infantry officer for seven years in the United States Marine Corps, serving with both the 3dLight Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and Second Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company. He left active duty service with the rank of Captain.
