Matt joined Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker in 2008 after previously practicing in Texas and North Carolina. He has practiced corporate and securities law since 1999, with a focus on public and private company mergers and acquisitions. Matt has represented both buyers and sellers in acquisitions, including stock purchases, mergers, divestitures, and management led buyout. He also has experience in public and private corporate finance transactions, including Reg. D and registered equity offerings, venture capital financings, and syndicated credit facilities.
