Practice Profile
Bob has practiced corporate and securities law since 1974. He has represented public and private corporations in all stages of development and in a broad range of corporate finance matters, including all aspects of SEC compliance, public and private securities offerings, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. In addition, Bob has published law review and other articles on, among other subjects, fairness opinions, Florida takeover laws, and the anti-fraud provisions of federal and Florida securities laws. One of the founding shareholders of Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker, P.A., Bob has been listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America® since 1987.
