Practice Profile
Mike has practiced in the area of commercial litigation since 1981. He has extensive experience in business tort litigation, products liability cases, trade regulation, breach of contract, and general commercial litigation. Mike has written and lectured on civil litigation topics, particularly matters involving federal civil procedure.
